  • Contact the District Attorney's Office at (607) 535-8383 and request a reduction affidavit form. It will be sent to you immediately. Fill out the form and return it and a reduction will be considered.

  • Many defendants are ordered to pay restitution to their victims. Restitution is generally paid to the probation department in installments. The probation department may then hold the funds until there is a sufficient amount to send to the victim. If you are not receiving court ordered restitution, you may contact the probation department at (607) 535-8165 or the District Attorney's Office at 607) 535-8383.
