​ATTENTION SCHUYLER COUNTY FARMERS & LANDOWNERS
Do you want your land included in an agricultural district?


You can petition to add parcels between
January 15 - February 15, 2027
by completing the Annual Agricultural District Enrollment Form and mailing it to the address listed. 


To remove land from an Agricultural District, the district's 8-year review period must be open.

The next district to open for its 8-year review is District #1 (Towns of Montour, Catharine & Cayuta), with enrollments beginning in November 2026.
